School Safety Funding Opportunities with LDA

Join us for a webinar covering the upcoming school safety and violence prevention funding opportunities through the Bureau of Justice Assistance. These programs provide grants to improve security at schools and on school grounds through evidence-based school safety programs. Zoom’s platform and Zoom’s ecosystem partners provide many of the technical capabilities and communication tools to help organizations bring these important services to our schools and to enhance safety procedures and communication systems.

During this webinar, Sugar-Salem School District from Idaho will speak about their recent COPS School Violence Prevention Program project and experience with the grant thus far. The Zoom Grants Team will review both federal and state programming for school safety initiatives and the basic elements and requirements for building a competitive grant application. Members of the Zoom team will be available to speak about the technology offerings and how others are using the platform to provide efficient and effective communication to elevate safety in an education environment.
